UltraTape Acquired By Delphon

UltraTape Industries, a manufacturer of adhesive tapes for cleanroom environments, has been acquired by Delphon Industries, the parent company of various packaging and printing enterprises, Delphon announced Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1992, UltraTape is headquartered in Salem, Ore. The company produces custom cleanroom and construction process tapes, as well as antistatic, medical and pharmaceutical tapes. Delphon Industries is based in Hayward, California.
