Trulia Completes Market Leader Buy

The acquisition of Kirkland-based Market Leader by Trulia has completed, according to Trulia. The deal was worth $170M in cash plus 5.3 million shares of Trulia's common stock. The deal had been announced in May. The deal was worth approximately $355M.
