TriQuint, RFMD Complete Merger

Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor and RF Micro Devices said today that they have completed their merger, and have renamed the combined company as Qorvo. The new company said it will begin trading today on the NASDAQ Global Stock Market as QRVO. Both companies develop RF semiconductors. The new company will be led by President and CEO Bob Bruggeworth.
