Washington's Pocket iNet Sees Massive Data Breach, Says Report
Walla Walla, Washington-based Pocket iNet has suffered what looks like a massive data breach, which exposed passwords, network configuration, and "secret keys" for the company's network, according to a security research firm. According to Upguard, it discovered Pocket iNet had accidentally exposed 73 gigabytes of data due to a misconfigured Amazon S3 storage bucket, with those keys, passwords, and even "internal network diagramming, configuration details, and inventory lists, and photographs of Pocket iNet equipment, including routers, cabling, and towers."
