Overload Golf Ventures Raises $25M Fund For Golf Investments

Kirkland-based Overload Golf Ventures, a new venture investment firm focused on technology startups in the golf industry, said Monday that it has launched a $25M fund, and created a new called aboutGolf Global. According to Overload, aboutGolf Global has acquired aboutGolf LTD. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Overload Golf Ventures said aboutGolfGlobal will use the acquisition for expansion of the indoor golf and entertainment experiences into new markets and demographics. Overload Golf Ventures said it expects its initial close of the fund in the fall of 2018. In related news, Overland Golf Ventures said it has named Nintex co-founder Brett Campbell as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
