Green Bits Finds Funding For Cannabis Software

Portland, Oregon- and San Jose, California-based Green Bits, a startup focused on compliance for cannabis dispensaries and retailers, said this week that it has raised $17M in a Series A funding, led by Tiger Global, and also included Casa Verde Capital, the investment fund of Snoop Dogg. Green Bits says its software allows retailers to manage their legal cannabis store, and maintain compliance with various rules and regulations.
