Docusign Files For IPO
Docusign, the developer of e-signature software which was founded in Seattle, has filed for an IPO, saying it is looking to raise $100,000,000 in an IPO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as DOCU. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, JMP Securities, Piper Jaffray, and William Blair. Docusign's biggest instituional shareholders are Sigma Partners (12.9% of the firm before IPO), Ignition Partners (11.7%), and Frazier Technology Ventures II (7.2%).
