T-Mobile Paid $325M For Layer3 TV, To Power Its Mobile TV Efforts

T-Mobile paid a cool $325M last month for Layer3 TV, the startup it is acquiring to help launch its own mobile television service, according to T-Mobile's 10-Q, third quarter results filing. According to T-Mobile, the deal is still subject to customary working capital and other post-closing adjustments. T-Mobile acquired Layer3 TV in January, to help it launch its own, mobile TV service.
