Igneous Finds $15M For Hybrid Cloud Backup

Seattle-based Igneous Systems, wich develops hybrid cloud backup and archive software, said this morning that it has raised $15M in its Series B funding. The funding came from Vulcan Capital and Orca Bay Capital. As part of the funding, Stephen Mullaney has joined the company's board. Mullaney was previously CEO of Nicira, and also served at VMware, Palo ALteo Networks, Blue Coat Systems, Force10 Networks, ShoreTel, and Growth Networks. More information »
