QuoteWizard Gobbles Up Bantam Connect

Seattle-based online insurance marketplace QuoteWizard said last week that it has acquired Bantam Connect, a developer of leads acquisition services focused on "warm calls". Financial terms of the buy were not announced. QuoteWizard said that approximately 30 employees of Bantam have become employees of the company. Bantam was based in Rancho Cordova, California. Bantam had focused on handling warm call transfers, inbound call programs and real-time insurance leads for insurance carriers, helping them to target and filter inbound calls for insurance agents.
