Streem Secures $1.725M

Portland-based Streem, a startup using mobile, video streaming to help connect home services professionals with their customers, has raised $1.725M in a seed funding, the company said this week. Streem said the funding cam from GVR Fund, Flying Fish, Columbia Ventures Corp, Rogue Venture Partners and Curious Capital, along with betaworks ventures, Greycroft, GGV Capital, General Catalyst AR Fund, and betaworks visioncamp. Streem said the funding will help it expand its team and accelerate product development. Streem has developed a mobile app specifically for the home services industy. Ryan Fink is CEO and co-founder of Streem.
