Simply Measured Acquired By Sprout Social

Seattle-based Simply Measured, which develops social media analytics software, said on Tuesday that it has been acquired by Sprout Social. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Sprout Social develops social media management, analytics, and related software. Sprout Social said it will use Simply Measured's Seattle office to act as a "west coast hub", along with a San Francisco outpost. Sprout Social is based in Chicago.
