Intrepid Learning Acquired By VitalSource

Seattle-based Intrepid Learning, which develops corporate learning software, has been acquired by North Carolina-based VitalSource, VitalSource announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition deal were not announced. VitalSource said it was an asset acquisition deal. VitalSource will relaunch Intrepid Learning's software under a new brand, Intrepid by VitalSource. Intrepid Learning had developing an online corporate learning platform, used by companies for everything from employee onboarding, sales training, to customer education and other efforts.
