Ignition Gets Exit At Cloudmark

Seattle-based venture investor has seen an exit in its portfolio, with the acquisition of San Francisco-based Cloudmark. Cybersecurity software developer Proofpoint, which is also based in Silicon Valley, said it would pay $110M in cash for Cloudmark. Cloudmark's venture investors included Ignition Partners, Industry Ventures, Nokia Venture Partners, Summit Partners, and FTVentures. The company had raised around $39M in total funding.
