Onvia Acquired By Deltek

Seattle-based Onvia, which develops sales software that helps companies with government contracting and sales, has been acquired by Herndon, Virginia-based Deltek. Deltek said it will pay $9.00 per share in cash for publicly held Onvia, or approximately $70M in total. Onvia's enterprise software helps customer locate federal, state and local government contracting leads.
