Jive Sells Off Online Community Business To Lithium

Jive Software, the developer of intranet and other enterprise collaboration software, has sold off its external online community business to Lithium Technologies, the two said this week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Jive said the acquisition will allow it to focus on its interactive intranet solution. Jive Software was founded in Portland, where it still has offices.
