Mixpo Acquired By Netsertive

Seattle-based Mixpo, the developer of software which helps publishers and marketers run rich media ad campaigns, has been acquired by North Carolina-based Netsertive, the two said on Tuesday morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Mixpo was led by Charlie Tillighast.
