Mixpo Launches Ad Platform, Names New Director
Seattle-based Mixpo revealed Wednesday that it has launched an online video advertising platform, signed three real estate-oriented customers and appointed a director to its board. The company said its new customers—ActiveRain, Miller Condominium Marketing and Realogics/UrbanCondominiums.com—will use Mixpo's new platform to help their member businesses create, deploy and optimize Mixpo's online video advertisements for placement through ad networks and on Web pages and blogs. The financial impact of the customer wins was not disclosed. As for the new director, Mixpo described Jeff Lanctot as an online advertising veteran who currently serves as senior vice president of global media for Avenue A | Razorfish. Lanctot's appointment is effective immediately, Mixpo noted. Mixpo is an online video advertising company that caters to small- and medium-sized businesses.
