Talyst Gains Customer In Dallas

Bellevue-based Talyst, a provider of pharmacy automations software and products, said today that it has scored a win with Parkland Jail Health, the healthcare provider for the four jails and four juvenile detention centers in Dallas County, Texas. According to Talyst, it will implement its Insite Remote Dispensing Systems--specifically designed for the corrections market--across the system, to provide on-demand medication dispensing. The firm's system allows an off-site pharmacist to approve dispensing of medications through an on-site unit. Financial details of the win were not disclosed by the company.
