Zillow Backs Hutch With $10M

Seattle-based Zillow Group as made a $10M investment in mobile, home design app developer Hutch, the companies disclosed this morning, with Zillow's Spencer Rascoff joining Hutch's board. Hutch, which is based in Los Angeles, lets mobile users take a picture of rooms, and apply "filters" to let users see what those rooms might look like in different styles, and also enables users to order furniture and decor that will help them recreate those rooms in real life. Hutch is led by founder and CEO Beatrice Fischel-Bock.
