Carena Raises $6.0M For Telemedicine Technology
Seattle-based Carena, which provides telemedicine services and technology to hospitals, has raised $6.0M in its latest funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the company. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. Carena, which was founded in 2000, is led by President and CEO Ralph Derrickson. The company's offering revolves around providing a "virtual clinic" it white labels to hospitals and healthcare systems, to help deliver telemedicine services.
