Wave Buys Cascadelink
Kirkland-based gigabit broadband provider Wave Broadband continues to build out its network through acquisitions, saying on Thursday morning that it has acquired fellow Seattle ISP Cascadelink. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Cascadelink is a provider of high-speed broadband to both the residential and office market in Seattle. Cascadelink was founded in 2002, and currently covers around 100 Seattle-area apartments, condominiums, and commercial office buildings. The ISP was founded by CEO Chris Flugstad.
