WaveDivision Buys Metro Fiber Provider CPI
Kirkland-based WaveDivision Holdings, the parent company of Wave Broadband, said today that it has acquired Port Angeles-based metro fiber provider Capacity Provisioning Incorporate (CPI). Financial terms of the buy were not announced. CPI provides metro Ethernet to businesses and the government in Port Angeles, Sequim, and other parts of the Olympic Peninsula. Wave said the acquisition is the sixteenth acquisition made in the company in its history. Wave said it will retain all of CPI's employees, and that CPI's previous owners will consult with the company during the transition.
