Ignition Names Bob Kelly As Managing Partner

Bellevue-based venture capital investment firm Ignition Partners has named former Microsoft executive Bob Kelly as a Managing Partner at the company, the company announced this morning. Ignition said Kelly will be one of the firm's four partners responsible for fund investments and overall firm strategy. Kelly was most recently Microsoft's Corporate Vice President for the Cloud + Enterprise Business Development and Strategy team. Kelly had spent more than 20 years at Microsoft before stepping out and joining Ignition. Kelly is also on the board of advisors of Seattle's 9Mile Labs,accelerator.
