Microsoft Buys Genee

Microsoft announced this morning that it has acquired Genee, a developer of artificial intelligence-powered scheduling software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Microsoft said it will use the acquisition to bolster Office 365, to help automatically schedule and reschedule meetings for large groups. Genee Co-founders Ben Cheung and Charles Lee will both join Genee as part of the acquisition.
