Zillow Acquires Bridge Interactive Group

Seattle-based Zillow has acquired Bridge Interactive Group, a developer of broker and multiple listing service (MLS) back-office software, Zillow said on Tuesday. Financial terms of thea acquisition were not disclosed. Bridge Interactive Group as based in Atlanta, where the company will remain, operating as a separate unit of Zillow. Bridge Interactive is known for its focus on RESO, a set of standards being used by the real estate industry to standardize the exchange of data between systems.
