Starbucks Invests In Personalization Software Developer Takt
Seattle-based coffee chain Starbucks has made an investment in a Silicon Valley software company, which is developing personalization software for the company. Takt, which develops personalization software to help consumer facing companies engage with their customers, said it raised $30M in a Series A earlier this week, led by BCG Digital Ventures, and also including Starbucks. Takt said Starbucks is the anchor customer for its personalization platform. More information »
