Ecova Signs Up Commercial Real Estate Landlord

Spokane-based Ecova has signed up another customer for its sustainability and energy management services, saying today that its newest customer is commercial real estate landlord Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc. (DPF). Financial impact of the win was not announced. Ecova said DPF is using its Expense and Data Management and Strategic Energy Sourcing services.
