Zillow To Pay Move $130M To Settle Lawsuit

Seattle-based Zillow has agreed to pay competitor Move Inc. $130M, to settle a lawsuit over misappropriation of trade secrets, the company said in a regulatory filing on Monday. According to the company, the settlement does not contain any admission of liability, wrongdoing, or responsibility by any of the parties. The lawsuit came about after Zillow hired former Move executive Errol Samuelson in 2014.
