Zillow Sued By Move Over Executive Hire

Seattle-based Zillow has just been sued by competitor Move.com, which said that Zillow has misappropriated its trade secrets and confidential information. The lawsuit comes after Errol Samuelson--most recently, President of Move.com's REALTOR.com business and Chief Strategy Officer--was hired by Zillow as its new Chief Industry Development Officer. Move said it filed suit in the Superior Court of King County, Washington for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of trade secrets among others actions. Errol Samuelson is also named in the lawsuit.
