Zonar Systems Looks For Buyer, Says Report

Seattle-based Zonar Systems, which develops fleet tracking software, is looking for a buyer, and has hired investment banker William Blair, according to a report today. The report came from Dow Jones, and cited "people familiar with the situation". Zonar is backed by Daimler Trucks North America, and had raised $50M in a round in July of last year. Zonar's systems are heavily used in tracking trucks and buses.
