Zulily Loses CFO

Seattle-based Zulily has lost its CFO, to a publicly held developer of talent management software. According to Santa Monica, California-based Cornerstone OnDemand, it has hired on Zulily CFO Brian L. Swartz as its new CFO, replacing CFO and co-founder Perry Wallack. Swartz had been CFO of Zulily since only June of last year. Zulily was being acquired by QVC in August.
