Zulily Eyes IPO, Says Report
Seattle-based flash sales site Zulily is looking at an IPO, and has hired an investment banker, according to a report from Reuters. Reuters said Wednesday evening that Zulily has hired Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch to explore an offering. Zulily, which is headed by Darrell Cavens, was started only a few years ago, but has grown very quickly in the area of flash sales for kids, mothers, and families. Zulily is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, included Maveron and Meritech Capital Partners.
