Redfin Expands In California

Seattle-based online real estate brokerage Redfin said today that it has expanded into Santa Barbara, California, bringing its own style of tech-enabled, real estate shopping to another California market. Redfin said the expansion allows customers in both Santa Barbara County and Ventura County to search for homes for sale in those markets. Redfin has been in steady expansion mode since a big funding round in 2013, and has been announcing one or two new markets every month or so since 2014.
