TINYpulse Launches Mobile App For Performance Reviews
Seattle-based TINYpulse, the startup which is developing tools to help improve employee performane and increase employee satisfaction, has launched a new mobile app which lets companies turn the dreaded annual performance review into a continuous weekly check-in. According to TINYpulse, its new TINYpulse Perform application lets managers rate the performance, set goals, track performance, and give feedback in tiny, bite-sized weekly check-ins, as opposed to yearly reviews. The startup, led by CEO David Niu, said that its app is aimed at eliminating the dread of performance reviews which it says "everyone hates" -- especially millennials. The company raised $6M in a funding round in December.
