REACH Holdings Acquired By South Korean Company

Roseberg, Oregon-based REACH Holdings, a distributor of wireless infrastructure and equipment, has been acquired by South Korean wireless equipment manufacturer SOLiD Inc., the two said this week. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. REACH Holdings, which was founded by Seth Buechley, Chip Laughton, and Bryan Kemper, had been selling SOLID's equipment into the Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) market in the United States as a distributor.
