Startup's New Smartphone App Helps You Find Your Stored Stuff

Tired of digging through those boxes stashed in your garage, looking for your stuff? Seattle-based startup Livible has a new solution for you -- a new mobile app which lets you take pictures of the contents of those boxes, and then scan those labels to get an inventory of what's inside. The startup, led by Terry Drayton, said its app lets users printout out labels, which can be affixed to boxes and containers and used to keep track of what you have stored in those boxes. The app is free. Livable also says it has tied the app to self storage provider Extra Space Storage; Livible provides "valet" storage of boxes for users at Extra Space Service as part of a separate service, which is driven similarly by a mobile app.
