Fat Rascal Games Acquired By SGN

Seattle-based Fat Rascal Games, a videogame development studio whose founders came from EA, Microsoft, PopCap and Zynga, has been acquired by videogame publisher SGN, SGN said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. SGN said that Fat Rascal's titles include Zynga Slingo, Matrix Online, and Hidden Chronicles. Fat Rascal's latest title is Poker Heroes. SGN is based in Los Angeles, California.
