Envelop VR Raises $4M For Virtual Reality Software
Bellevue-based Envelop VR, a developer of immersive, virtual reality software aimed at the enterprise, has raised $4M in a funding round, the company said this morning. The funding was led by Madrona Venture Group. Envelop VR is led by Bob Berry, who previously also founded Uber Entertainment and PlayFab. Envelop VR is specifically looking to use virtual reality for 3D data visualization, 3D product visualization, plus fully immersive environments, specifically for business applications.
