AppSheet Finds $1.5M

Seattle-based AppSheet, which develops software to help users easily create mobile apps from any spreadsheet, without programming, has raised $1.5M in a seed funding round. The funding came from New enterprise Assocaites. AppSheet, which is led by Praveen Seshadri, develops software to help users create mobile accessible apps which incorporate data from pre-existing spreadsheets, or based on templates provided by the company. The company says it has now raised $2.1M in total.
