Redfin Expands In North Carolina

Seattle-based online real-estate brokerage Redfin announced Friday morning that it has expanded its services in North Carolina, into that state's Piedmont Triad Region, as part of its latest expansion. Redfin--which has been very busy this year expanding its services across the nation--said it now is serving the cities of Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point. Redfin offers up a tech-savvy and tech-centric, real estate service, with online listings, mobile apps, and real estate agents who are paid by salary and satisfaction, rather than by commissions. The company said it launched in North Carolina, Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham a little more than two years ago.
