Unify Square Gets $4M More In Equity, $7M Credit Line
Bellevue-based Unify Square, which provides implementation support for Microsoft's Skype for Business, has raised $4M in equity funding, plus an additonal $7M in a credit line. According to Unify Square, the $4M is the final close of its $12.2M, Series B funding round, and included niMicrosoft, Stanford University, and Bridge Bank. Bridge Bank also said it has provided Unify Square with a $7M credit facility--split between a $4M term loan and $3M line of credit--as part of that funding. Unify Square helps large enterprises implement and manage Skype for Business. The company is led by Microsoft vet Sonu Aggarwal. More information »
