Patent Navigation Gets $2M To Automate Patent Filing

Seattle-based Patent Navigation, a startup developing tools to help attorneys with preparing patent applications, said Wednesday that it has raised $2M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Voyager Capital. As part of the funding, Voyager's Bill McAleer will take a seat on the board of directors. Patent Navigation is led by James Bilmaier, and says its software, TurboPatent, automates patent preparation, prosecution, and case management for lawyers.
