Unikrn Finds $7M For Video Game Wagering Startup

Seattle-based Unikrn, a new startup led by former Microsoft Ventures' GM Rahul Sood, has raised $7M in a funding round, to focus on legal wagering on video games. The Series A funding came from Binary Capital, Mark Cuban, Advancit Capital, Freelands Group, 500 Startups, Indicator Ventures and Tabcorp. The company says it has now raised $10M. Unikrn said it is developing a competitive gaming site which allows for safe and legal wagering on the outcome of videogames. More information »
