Emergency Certifications Acquired By Career Step

Kirkland, Washington-based Emergency Certifications, a provider of online training in the healthcare continuing education market, has been acquired by Career Step, online career training and certification program operator. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Career Step is owned by private equity firm Revelstoke Capital Partners.
