Expedia Targets Small Businesses With New Program
Bellevue-based online travel site Expedia said this week that it has launched a new, loyalty program specifically aimed at small businesses. Expedia said its new program, Expedia+ business, helps reward employees for their business travel, and also allows employers to view itineraries of their employees, track spending, monitor company rewards, and more. The new program also provides hotel coupons for future travel or as employee gifts, and upgrades to Expedia's rewards program. Expedia says it is looking to tap into what it says is a $36 billion opportunity for currently unmanaged business travel.
