Lattice Semiconductor Buys Silicon Image For $600M

Hillsboro, Oregon-based Lattice Semiconductor said Tuesday that it is acquiring fellow wireless semiconductor developer Silicon Image, in a deal worth $600M. Lattice said it would pay $7.30 per share in cash for Silicon Image, which is based in Sunnyvale, California. Lattice Semiconductor is led by Darin Billerbeck.
