Microsoft Announces Windows 10

Microsoft unveiled its latest operating system today, Windows 10, which will run across both PC and smartphone platforms. Microsoft's new OS includes a new, optimized browser called Project Spartan, voice command support via Cortana, and a new 3D-interface system called Windows Holographic, which lets users interact with their devices using holograms, voice, and gestures.
