Microsoft To Launch Windows 10 On July 29th

Microsoft said this morning that it will be launching its newest operating system, Windows 10, on July 29th, making the new operating system software free to all current users of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. Among other updates to the OS are a return of the Windows "Start" menu, new security updates and malware protection, and a wide rollout of Microsoft's Cortana personal digital assistant technology.
