ESI Bolsters Board With Former Tektronix CEO

Portland-based Electro Scientific Industries said this morning that it has named Richard H. Wills, the former Chairman and CEO of Tektronix, to its board. Wills served as President and CEO of Tektronix until 2008, and was also Chairman of Tektronix from 2001 through 2008. ESI is a developer of laser-based products used in testing of semiconductors, electronics, LEDs, and other products.
